2020 was a year unlike any in recent memory with changes occurring in every industry, including aspects like consumer preferences and expectations. Disruptions to 2020 planning forced brands to adapt quicker than anticipated in order to stay relevant.


With social distancing guidelines in place and many companies going to a work-from-home format, like many brands, we pivoted into digital events for 2020.
