A main goals for marketers in 2014 will be to provide more targeted, personalized content. Personalized content is received positively, especially among younger consumers. 65% of 18-34 year olds indicated that they respond more positively to personalized marketing content, rather than general mass messaging. 53% of consumers also indicated that personalized content makes them more likely to purchase from the content provider.
